Box
: Any speed range possbile in the ratio 6:1 - Stepless adjustment 6:1 of input
  - Modular system, combination with helical gearboxes helical worm gear boxes & others.

Salient Features :
* High Starting torque.
* Small dimensions due to internal power sharing, high power.
* High reduction of the input speed 1.8:1 to 7:1
* Low-noise running without vibrations.
*Stepless adjustment range 4:1, eight gear size.
* Enclosed metal design, all function parts in oil bath, therefore resisten against aggressive ambient influences.
* Modular System combination with helical gearboxes, helical worm gearboxes and others.
Running (Working Principle) :

Planetory variators basically consist of the following components. Two sun races (1,2) are pushed together by a set of belleville spring (3) and are keyed to the input shaft (4). Two ammulus races (5,6) afre capable of sliding radially in planet carriar (9) which is keyed to the output shaft. Planet disc (7) are held between the driving sun races (1,2) on the inside and the stationery annulus races own axes and collectively around the annulus races. Sines the friction bearings which hold the planet discs are fixed to the planet carrier, the collective motion of the planet disc rotates the planet carrier and the output shaft to which it is keyed Continuous speed cariation is achived by turning hand wheel (10) This moves, the gape between it and annulus ring (5) widensor narrows. causing the planet discs to side outwards. This radial sliding movement of the disc varies the ratio fo the drive transmitted to the planet carrier and output shaft N.B. The VARIATORS must be running before the adjustment can be made.
